SHIPPING IS BASED ON WEIGHT AND DESTINATION.  WE CHECK ALL CARRIERS FOR THE BEST RATES. 
UNHAPPY WITH THE FREIGHT COSTS ON YOUR ORDER?  MANY SMALLER LIGHTER WEIGHT ITEMS CAN BE SHIPPED IN USPS FLAT RATE OR USPS ADVANTAGE.  THESE PRICES CAN BE CONSIDERABLY LOWER THAN THE RATE SHOWN THROUGH SHOPIFY.  CALL US TO SEE IF WE CAN ADJUST THE COST OF SHIPPING YOUR ORDER.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK WITH US BEFORE ORDERING AN ITEM.  SHIPPING AND SUPPLY ARE (AT BEST) SPOTTY AND SOME PRODUCT SIMPLY EITHER MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE OR ON BACK ORDER.  WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO LET YOU KNOW IF THE ITEM(S) YOU WANT ARE AVAILABLE AND IF NOT WHEN THEY'RE DUE BACK IN STOCK.
 
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of unused merchandise.  Defective, warranted product must be returned in clean condition together with a sales receipt.  Clearance items returned will only receive an in store credit.  Classic Saddlery reserves the right to issue a store credit for all returns after 10 days.  Special order items are just that.  These are products we are happy to order for you.  Any special order items will receive an in store credit only.
Orders for items on back order will be considered special order and exchange or in store credit will be issued.

PAYPAL REFUNDS

Classic Saddlery does not refund pay pal fees.   Please check with us (email: lynnda@classicsaddlery.com or call: 269-665-974) before you place your order to make sure the item(s) you are ordering is in stock or available if using pay pal.  When you use your credit card safely through Authorize.net we do not incur those fees.

SADDLE TRIALS

Saddles that are not clearance items and marked final sale get a week trial (from date of receipt).  Used saddles may be ridden in with fittings.  New saddles may not as we do not take back "used tack".  If you are trying a new adjustable gullet saddle and choose to return the saddle there must be no marks on the flaps of the saddle caused by the use of stirrup leathers/irons.  We expect you to girth the saddle on the horse to make sure it fits.  Girth marks on the billets are acceptable.  Used saddles belong to someone.  Please treat them with respect and make sure the condition of the saddle is the same as you received it.  Clean and conditioned.  If you have questions about fit please either email us pictures (nice side shots) or text them to 269 330 0153.

REPAIRS

Classic Saddlery is a tack and saddlery repair facility.  We replace billets, re-flock saddles, fix Toulouse Genesis adjustable mechanism's both in and out of warranty, replace sheared rivets on stirrup bars and more.  Please contact us with questions about repairs to your tack and saddlery. 

All repairs or re-flocks left unpaid over 30 days will be sold.
