Not all saddles are shaped the same so please send us a nice side shot of your horse so we can see his/her length of back, shoulder in relationship to the girth (this is very important in keeping the saddle off the shoulder) and curve of back.

Position a flexible curve or flimsy coat hanger wire behind the
horses scapula (see picture for correct position). When your
flexible curve or coat hanger wire fits the back, trace it on a piece of

Your tracing will look something like this. You must put a grid on your tracing if you are going to scan it, e-mail it or fax it so that if it gets distorted we can reconstruct the drawing. |
